A mask protects us from this pandemic, but what else? This virtual era has taught us that we need to keep our “Distance”, among other things.
That’s why at my office we offer appointments: telephone, Zoom or video calls. We also have FAX , mail or email for receiving your documents that come to you from Immigration; in other words, “We can help you without you having to come to the office.”
We are taking care of ourselves in order to keep serving you, and that way we take care of you, as well. We are definitely entering the “Virtual Era.”

About
Teresa Foster Immigration Consultant has been active in the Napa Valley for over 30 years, helping immigrants to re-unite with their loved ones through various visa processes, up to and including residency and citizenship; her office serves the immigrant community throughout the state and beyond. Mrs. Foster is not an attorney; she is a consultant, with a bond on file at the California Secretary of State.
Teresa Foster Consultora en Inmigración ha estado activa en el Valle de Napa por más de 30 años, ayudando a reunir seres queridos a través de varios procesos de visa de residencia y ciudadanía. Su oficina sirve a la comunidad inmigrante de todo California y aún más allá. La Sra Foster no es abogada; es consultora, afianzada con la Secretaría del Estado de California.
Teresa identifies with her clients and understands their needs, their culture, their language and heritage. Teresa supports and stays close to the community, volunteering her time to outreach. She produces a bilingual radio talk-show, and is the host of the award-winning TV show, "Charlando con…Teresa Foster". “My goal is to educate our community on the new issues that may be affecting them.”
Teresa has been involved in various boards: the Napa County Hispanic Network, the Advisory Committee for the Napa Valley Adult School, for which she received the California State “Citation of Merit Award,” Clinic Olé Medical Center, Latino Leaders Roundtable Luncheon, and member of The Women's Club. She was the first Latina to address nearly 3,000 new citizens at the Masonic Auditorium in San Francisco, where she herself was sworn in as a United States citizen. It’s clear that Teresa Foster has followed in the footsteps of her pioneer role models, which has helped to forge her into one herself.
